Join Our Team: Day Shift Warehouse Loader / Runner MHE Operative

Location: Pontardulais SA4 8QD

Salary: £12.71 per hour; after 12 weeks £13.56 per hour

Shifts: Days, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7am and 5pm

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a team and maintain a high degree of accuracy
  • Pick items quickly (through voice headset) and ensure timely processing
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment and carry out general warehouse duties
  • Walk for the duration of your shift
  • Handle items up to 25 kg
  • Maintain good timekeeping
  • Operate MHE as required (FLT / VNA / LLOP / PPT / Counterbalance / Reach Forklift Truck, etc.). In-house training will be provided
  • Load and unload HGV trailers as needed
  • Have a basic understanding of computers and pallet scanning
  • Have some knowledge of using warehouse management systems

Qualifications

  • Experience with MHE equipment (FLT / VNA / LLOP / PPT / Counterbalance / Reach Forklift Truck, etc.) In-house training provided
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to scan pallets
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg
  • Ability to work as part of a team with good timekeeping
