Mitie Care & Custody Police Services is looking for a friendly and proactive individual to provide confidential support to senior managers, healthcare professionals and police across our nationwide contracts. The role is primarily based in our Manchester office, with an agile working arrangement that includes some days working from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, confidential support to senior managers, healthcare professionals and police.
  • Manage a varied workload with a rolling shift pattern of days, nights and weekends, with overtime opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels and act as a positive role model within the team.

  • Strong communication skills at all levels.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient IT skills and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Previous call-centre experience not required; transferrable skills and enthusiasm are welcome.

Working Hours & Compensation

  • 42 hours per week (average) on a rolling shift pattern.
  • Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holidays.
  • Salary range: £27,834.96–£29,374.80.
