Are you looking to kick start your career as a Plumber? Are you based in or near the Wirral? We are looking for a Plumber apprentice to work on a 24 month fixed term basis, working 40 hours per week. The salary is based upon the National Minimum Age for apprentices.

Your Role:
- Attend training and work toward your craft qualification, which will include repair/replace external cold water gutter and drainage systems
- Install, repair and replace hot and cold water supplies, including baths, sinks, showers, and toilets including waste systems
- Excavate ground to repair external cold water supplies and drainage systems and clear blocked drains and toilets
- Trace, diagnose, identify and rectify faults on hot and cold water systems
- Repair/replace kitchen units and sink units
- Carry out programmes maintenance and servicing in domestic properties including safety routine checks
- Communicate with clients to arrange and carry out work, leave homes clean and safe, and collect tenant signatures after jobs
- Support colleagues and build relationships across the business
- Safely operate tools, machinery, and vehicles
- Keep accurate records of work and materials used
- Follow safety procedures, including reporting hazards
- Complete paperwork accurately and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work flexibly, including out of hours if needed, and follow all health and safety guidelines
What We Need from You:
- Have a genuine interest in working in Plumbing
- 16-18-year-old Level 4 in English & Maths (C Grade or above or functional skills level 2)
- 19 Level 2 in English & Maths (C Grade or above or functional skills level 2)
- Have a positive approach to completing relevant courses and qualifications
- Flexibility and a positive attitude towards varied work and schedules
- Excellent customer service skills and punctuality
- Ability to demonstrate excellent organisational and planning skills
