We are currently recruiting 2–3 Picking Operatives for an immediate start in the Gloucestershire GL15 area. This is a hands-on role working within a busy waste and recycling environment. Vehicles arrive on site to tip loads, and operatives are responsible for sorting and separating recyclable materials and waste safely and efficiently.
Duties Include:
- Sorting waste and recyclable materials
- Separating items into designated areas
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Following all site health & safety procedures

- Reliable and hardworking individuals
- Ability to work on your feet throughout the shift
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Previous warehouse, recycling or picking experience beneficial but not essential
