Focus Birmingham is a local charity supporting and empowering individuals with visual impairment and complex needs to live fulfilling, independent lives. We are currently looking for Personalisation Support Workers who are passionate about person-centred care and active support. This is a rewarding role for someone who wants to help individuals with complex needs unlock their potential through meaningful activities, positive relationships, and high-quality support.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, engaging, and inclusive support tailored to each individual
- Help design and lead activities based on people’s interests, abilities, and goals

Requirements
