PERSONAL ASSISTANT REQUIRED 1 HOUR EVERY EVENING PREFERABLY 9pm - 10.00pm AND ALSO RELIEF HOURS WHEN PERMANENT P/A IS SICK OR ON HOLIDAY IN LLANDOVERY AREA.
Responsibilities:
- Support required for a 75-year-old male to assist with personal care tasks, washing and dressing as required.
- To be supported with toileting tasks; the individual will require support to ensure incontinence aids are worn as required.
- To be supported with meal preparation tasks; the individual has a soft diet, eating foods such as fish and very soft vegetables. He doesn't eat meat.
- To have support with light domestic tasks.
- To support with transfers using equipment in place.
- To be able to socialise and get out and about whilst accessing care, as required.
