The predicted salary is between 15 - 15 £ per hour.

We are a small family seasonal business who are looking for a personal assistant to help the director with administration and secretarial support, answering customer calls and a variety of other tasks. There will be some flexibility in the hours. 3 hours a day Mon-Fri. The applicant must be available 4th - 7th 10th and 11th Aug 2026. This position is temporary throughout 2026 summer months, with the possibility of hours April Sep 2027.

You will be:

  • Maintaining accurate database entries, receipts and invoices.
  • Processing the daily orders.
  • Monitoring and sometimes responding to emails.
  • Speaking to customers, taking orders and advising when needed.
  • Undertaking tasks delegated by the director.
