Ongoing Seasonal Work Available Until Christmas. Millison Chase Limited are recruiting on behalf of our client to support increased seasonal demand within the fresh and chilled distribution sector.

The Role

  • Store deliveries
  • RDC and NDC distribution
  • Typically 1–2 drops per shift
  • Drop and collection work depending on route
  • Deliveries may involve:
    • Bay deliveries
    • Use of tail lifts
    • Electric pump truck operation for smaller stores

Shifts can be long but are fully compliant with driver hours legislation.

Pay Rates

  • £16.00 per hour – Monday to Friday Days
  • £17.00 per hour – Nights
  • Up to £22.00 per hour – Weekend Working

All positions are:

  • Direct PAYE employment
  • Holiday pay accrued
  • Workplace pension scheme after qualifying period

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year UK HGV Class 1 driving experience
  • Valid UK HGV Class 1 Licence
  • Valid UK CPC Card
  • Valid UK Digital Tachograph Card
  • Have no more than 6 penalty points
  • Have no DD, DR, MS, CU or TT endorsements
