This role is based in the UK and will be working on site in our UK based College. In order to comply with our mandatory pre-employment checks, the successful candidate will be required to provide original identification documents in person to our UK based People Services Department.

An Enhanced DBS check is required for this position as you will be working within 'Regulated Activity' within a specific place (i.e. the College). This role is classed as working within Regulated Activity. It is an offence to apply for this role if you are barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children. ROLE SUMMARY
The Head of School will provide strategic leadership and direction for the School of Construction ensuring the school delivers outstanding educational provision in line with the goals and values of Warwickshire College Group (WCG). This role will oversee the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of the curriculum, ensuring that student outcomes and quality standards exceed national benchmarks. The Head of School will also be responsible for financial management, staff development, and external stakeholder engagement, ensuring the school remains responsive to both local and national needs. Whilst working within the core values and through continuous improvement, the post holder will develop the curriculum area to meet or exceed the College’s KPIs.

Role-Specific Responsibilities
- Growth of work-based learning to expand provision
- Manage and grow FE Motor Vehicle provision
- Develop, manage and grow all FE Construction provision; Multiskills, Brick, Carpentry, Plastering & Plumbing
