Fel Technegydd Cymorth Systemau Gwybodaeth, byddwch yn darparu cefnogaeth ar gyfer caledwedd cyfrifiadurol, meddalwedd ac offer cysylltiedig ar draws yr Awdurdod.
Responsibilities
- Gosod, cynnal, cefnogi ac uwchraddio caledwedd, meddalwedd a pherifferolion bwrdd gwaith
- Ymgymryd â diagnosis ac atgyweirio namau technegol llinell gyntaf
- Cipio, mewnbynnu a digideiddio data a chynhyrchu mapiau GIS
- Cynnal profion PAT a chefnogi gweinyddiaeth rhwydwaith bwrdd gwaith gyfyngedig
- Rheoli lefelau stoc o nwyddau traul cyfrifiadurol a pherifferolion
