Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of committed care assistants.
- Provide the highest quality of care to our residents enabling them to live late life well.
- Support residents with personal care needs and help them to take part in a wide range of activities that support their health and wellbeing.
- Administer medication and maintain clear and accurate records.
Qualifications & Experience
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care.
- Passionate about caring for older people.
- Previous care experience within a similar setting.
- Experience leading, coaching and motivating a team to deliver high quality care.
- Kind, warm and caring nature.
- Able to work well as part of a team but also use own initiative.
Salary & Hours
£14.33 per hour (£32,787 per annum). Permanent full-time role up to 44 hours a week on nights only.
