Responsibilities
- Provide in‑class academic support across GCSE and A‑Level subjects.
- Break down lesson content into accessible and manageable steps.
- Support pupils with hearing impairments within mainstream lessons.
- Work closely with class teachers and the SEN department.
- Offer emotional reassurance and positive mental health support.
- Help pupils build confidence, independence, and engagement in learning.
- Create a calm, encouraging, and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduates in Psychology, English, Maths, Science, Speech & Language, Education.
- Experienced SEN Teaching Assistants.
- Aspiring teachers or educational psychologists.

- Confidence supporting secondary‑aged learners academically.
