Are you a skilled Electrical Tester looking for a role that truly rewards your productivity? Join one of the UK’s leading names in Electrical Compliance and Maintenance. We offer the security of a permanent PAYE position with the high-earning potential usually reserved for sub-contractors.
Base Salary: £35,000– £42,000 (Depending on Experience). Realistic OTE: Circa £70,000 per annum (Achieved through performance bonuses & incentives). Pay Frequency: Weekly PAYE pay.

The Role:
- Working across domestic properties in the Pembrokeshire Area, you will be the face of our compliance team.
- Executing high-standard EICR inspections and specialist fault-finding.
- Completing digital certification and technical reports on-site.
- Providing excellent customer service to residents and clients.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience: Proven background in EICR testing (Domestic experience preferred).
- Qualifications: 18th Edition is essential. Level 3 2391 (Testing & Inspection) is preferred, but we will provide training for candidates with strong testing knowledge.
- Licence: A valid, full UK Driving Licence is mandatory.
