About the role:
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of warehouse activities and transport movements, leading a team to meet operational targets and service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise night shift warehouse and transport operations.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse operatives and drivers.
- Ensure timely loading/unloading of vehicles and dispatch of goods.
- Monitor transport schedules and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance.
- Conduct shift briefings, performance monitoring, and staff support.
- Liaise with planning and day teams to ensure smooth handovers.
- Complete reports, KPIs, and incident logs accurately.
