We are looking for a Partnering Stores Supervisor to join our team at Huws Gray in Birmingham (B4). If you’re in the trade or have ever tackled a home improvement project, you’ve probably heard of us. We’re the Huws Gray Group and we’re made up of a number of brands, including Huws Gray, Huws Gray Plant & Tool Hire, Civils & Lintels, The Timber Group, PDM, NDI and Anglia Tool Centre to name a few. Across the UK, our branches serve and support local communities with all their building material needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the upkeep and organisation of the Partnering Store.
  • Supporting the team to ensure customer requirements are met and the right products are supplied.
  • Building working relationships with the customer to understand their requirements.
  • Identifying additional sales opportunities, offering advice and solutions to the customer.
  • Developing your team through training and coaching to enable them to reach their targets.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in managing a team in the building material or retail industry would be beneficial for this role.
