We're on the lookout for a caring, fun, and reliable female Support Worker to join our team and support a lovely client in her own home in beautiful Oswestry. In our Care in the Home team, we support people with spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, and other complex needs helping them live their best lives, at home.

When You’ll Be Working

  • Day Shifts: 8am - 8pm
  • Waking Night Shifts: 8pm - 8am
  • Full-time & part-time available
  • Some weekend work required

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be part of a friendly care team providing 2:1 support for our client, helping with:

  • Personal care (bed washing, dressing, hair washing)
  • Passive exercise
  • Bladder and stoma care
  • Meal prep
  • Light housekeeping (hoovering, laundry, etc.)
  • Trips out & appointments
  • Moving & handling (with a free-standing hoist)

Bonus if you can drive! A full, clean UK licence is ideal so you can drive her car on community outings. No experience? No worries! We provide full training, paid shadow shifts, and ongoing support to help you feel confident and ready.
