Demonstrate advanced practice, competence and skilled physical examination during the pre-operative assessment phase of the patient pathway.

Empowers nursing staff and other allied health care professionals to develop high levels of clinical skills and facilitates communication within all care groups.

Deputise for the Unit Manager in their absence.
