About the role

As a Care Home Manager, you will provide consistent, reliable leadership, creating an environment where residents feel safe, supported, and valued. You will lead by example, maintaining stability within the home while guiding teams and residents through ongoing development and improvements. You will have overall responsibility for the quality of care, ensuring residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met with compassion and respect.
