The predicted salary is between 47810 - 54710 Β£ per year.

The post holder will have a good understanding of the complex pain referral pathway. They will evaluate, scrutinise, accept/reject and process referrals, liaising and collaborating with other primary and secondary care teams.

They will conduct a full assessment of patients presenting with undifferentiated, undiagnosed problems, using advanced clinical skills in history taking, problem-solving and clinical decision-making to establish a diagnosis and develop a management plan.

The post holder will require a high level of specialist knowledge and skills which are underpinned by theory and practice to meet patients with additional learning needs or disabilities.

Assist in the development and setting up of new patient services/clinics/pathways as required utilising highly specialised knowledge and experience.

The post holder will be a non-medical prescriber with highly specialist knowledge in the medications used for pain.

Demonstrate advanced teaching, sharing and innovating skills.
