Pay rate: £18.54 – £21.22 per hour

About the Role
St Saviours is a 29‑bed nursing home supporting adult males and females with learning disabilities, Huntington’s disease, acquired brain injuries and dementia. The service provides a safe, structured and person‑centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills and achieve their personal goals. Supported people enjoy a range of activities such as baking, arts & crafts, garden games and community outings, keeping them engaged, active and connected.
You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team that includes Advanced Practitioners, OT, Physio, PBM specialists, SALT, Psychiatry and Psychology support.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Advocate for safety, quality care and best practice for the people we support.
