Shifts: Full Time 42 hours per week (based on a Monday to Sunday on a rota)

Payrate: £13.45 per hour

About the Service: St Saviours is a 29-bed nursing home supporting male and female adults with learning disabilities, Huntington's disease, acquired brain injuries and dementia. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals. People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, baking, arts & crafts, darts in the garden and quizzes.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs to live life their way.

Responsibilities

  • Support independence and personal goals
  • Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care
  • Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
  • Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
  • Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support

Pay Structure: Entry Level - £13.45 per hour You will have 6 months from starting the role to register for your Social Care Wales pin.
