Burscough Manor Care Home is a luxurious 80-bed facility offering specialist services including dementia, palliative, complex, and general nursing care.
We’re currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team.

As a Care Assistant at our home, your role may include:
- Provide personal care and support with dignity and respect
- Offer emotional reassurance and companionship
- Monitor residents’ wellbeing
- Maintain a clean, safe, and calm environment
- Work closely with the team to ensure continuity of care
What are we looking for?
- A warm, caring personality and a commitment to quality care
- Previous care experience essential
- Willingness to work long day shifts and some weekends
