Your new role at Ivolve is calling you. St Saviours is a 29‑bed nursing home supporting adult males and females with learning disabilities, Huntington's disease, acquired brain injuries and dementia. The service provides a safe, structured and person‑centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals. People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including baking, arts & crafts, playing darts in the garden and quizzes, helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.
You’ll work alongside a full multi‑disciplinary team including Advanced Practitioners, OT, Physio, PBM specialists, SALT, and access to Psychiatry and Psychology support. We focus on helping people live as independently and fully as possible through rehabilitation, stimulation and meaningful care.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Advocate for safety, quality care, and best practices for the people we support.
