What You’ll Do:
- Plan and Lead Activities: Organize a range of exciting activities like music, exercise sessions, arts & crafts, gardening, and more.
- Coordinate Events: Bring in entertainers, arrange parties, celebrate birthdays, and ensure every day is meaningful.
- Connect with Residents: Get to know each resident’s interests and preferences, creating tailored activities that bring joy.
- Stimulate and Inspire: Provide sensory activities for residents with dementia and organize outings to add variety and enrichment.
About You:
We’re looking for someone creative, organized, and compassionate. You’ll be passionate about making a positive impact, and experience working with the elderly or in care homes is a plus. Flexibility is key, as you may occasionally join residents on outings or cover special events outside regular hours.
