Full time/Part time Optical Assistant/Receptionist position available from June. Hours/Days to be discussed during the interview process.

  • Greeting customers, answering questions, and obtaining preliminary patient histories.
  • Light cleaning & tidying.
  • Performing administrative duties, such as keeping records, scheduling appointments, ordering.
  • Helping customers select, fit spectacles and make product recommendations.
  • Some retail experience may be useful; however no previous experience is necessary as all training will be given.
  • Confident telephone skills/manner would be beneficial.
  • Candidate must be flexible for holiday cover.
