Community & Care Work re-vite Healthcare Solutions is looking for reliable, down-to-earth support workers to join our growing team. We support adults in the community with a range of needs, including mental health, learning disabilities, autism and people who need practical help to live independently.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day support such as building routines, cooking, budgeting, keeping a home running, attending appointments and offering consistent emotional support.
Location
This role is community-based, so work locations will vary depending on the service user. We currently have opportunities across the Tameside area.
