Immediate Start Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
We're hiring! The Best Connection Group Oldham is currently recruiting Quality Controller/Production Operatives for Molnlycke Healthcare in Oldham. This role offers long-term work with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Pay & Benefits:
- £14.62 per hour (rising to £15.47 after 12 weeks)
- Overtime available at time and a half
Shift Pattern:
- Rotating AM and PM shifts Monday to Friday
- 6am-2pm Monday to Thursday, 6am-11am Friday - AM Shift
- 2pm-10pm Monday to Thursday, 1pm-8pm Friday - PM Shift
Key Duties Include:
- Monitoring machinery during operation
- Counting and quality-checking stock
- General production line tasks
- Completing paperwork
- Quality Control of each product
- Packing ready for distribution
What We're Looking For:
- Great attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual, repetitive tasks
- Positive attitude and team-focused
- Good numeracy and literacy for the paperwork
- Fast Paced work
Benefits & Requirements:
- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
