Carbon60 is looking to recruit a Plasterer to work for our client based in Oldham, UK.
ROLE: Plasterer
PAY RATE: £26.00 per hour Umbrella
JOB TYPE: Contract - 6 to 12 Months
LOCATION: Oldham, UK (OL9)
HOURS: 37.5 hours per week - 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Carry out plastering tasks including surface preparation, bonding, browning, skimming, rendering, and patch repairs.
- Repair or replace plasterboard on walls and ceilings.
- Complete damp works and DPC systems as required.
- Ensure all work meets company quality and workmanship standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle responsibly.
- Follow all health & safety rules and wear appropriate PPE/uniform.
- Keep work areas clean and tidy at the end of each day.
- Liaise professionally with clients, contractors, and office teams.
- Coordinate materials and complete required documentation accurately.
- Deliver high standards of customer care at all times.
Essential skills / experience / qualifications:
- Proven plastering experience with up-to-date industry knowledge.
- Understanding of current health & safety legislation.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional attitude and strong communication skills.
- Reliable, organised, and safety-focused approach to work.
