Location: Oldham.
Job Type: Part-time - 22.5 contracted hours. This will be 3 Full Days. Flexibility: Full flexibility from Monday to Sunday is required. The opportunity to earn up to £2,000 extra each year in discretionary bonuses, which are pro‑rated and based on performance against key KPIs.
About the Role
As a Store Colleague at H&T, you’ll be the face of our leading business, providing a warm welcome and expert support to every customer in one of our 285 stores. You will take the time to understand customer needs, offering tailored solutions and ensuring they leave with the best possible outcome. You don't need experience in pawnbroking, just a genuine interest in people, a strong sense of integrity, and a willingness to learn. We’ll provide full training and support to help you build confidence and succeed in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are ever the same.
Key Responsibilities
