As part of our Communities and Engagement team, you’ll empower communities by working with local partners and stakeholders to deliver initiatives and projects to support our vision of “Improved Lives.” Some of your time can be spent working at home, or you’re free to spend more time in the office if you prefer. There will be a requirement to attend the office on occasion.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and delivering projects in collaboration with local communities and stakeholders using asset‑based approaches
  • Coordinating large scale community projects and initiatives
  • Partnering with internal teams and external organisations to develop and deliver action plans that benefit local communities
  • Taking part in local partnership funding bids
  • Identifying and reporting opportunities for continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • An understanding of social housing issues and ideally have experience in asset‑based community development
