Concept Resources are currently seeking a dependable and dedicated Production/Machine Operative in Oldbury to join the production team of our respected client based in Oldbury. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in manufacturing or engineering who are looking to grow within a supportive and well-established organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate overhead crane (training provided)
  • Operate control panel on machinery
  • Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
  • Perform regular equipment checks to maintain operational efficiency
  • Keep the workspace clean, organised, and compliant with safety regulations

Working Hours: Rotating shifts – 6:00am – 2:00pm, 2:00pm – 10:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is essential.
  • Previous steel experience is preferable.
  • Previous overhead crane experience is preferable.

Hourly rate: £13.35 – £15.87.

Time & Attendance Bonus.
