Are you an experienced Call Centre Agent looking for a new opportunity with a growing company? Do you enjoy speaking with customers, building rapport, and working in a lively office environment? Would you like a Monday-Friday role with no weekends or bank holidays? Heatseal Insulation Limited is currently recruiting confident and motivated Call Centre Agents to join our friendly and fast-paced team in Telford. This is not a hard sales role. Your main responsibility will be speaking with customers and booking free home survey appointments for our representatives.
Responsibilities
- Outbound calling to customers regarding our insulation services
- Booking appointments for free home surveys
- Providing excellent customer service on every call
- Accurately updating customer information
- Working towards daily and weekly targets
Qualifications
- Previous call centre, telemarketing, telesales, or customer service experience
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong communication and listening skills
