Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- To be first point of contact for parents
- To deal with parent queries by email, telephone or in person in a timely manner
- Process all payments
- Process new starter, leaver, transition paperwork
- To support the team when necessary
- Answer all calls to the centre
The ideal applicant will:
- Display professionalism at all times
- Work quickly and accurately
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Possess excellent organisation skills
- Take ownership and see queries through to completion
- Work as part of a team
- Be IT literate with experience of all MS Office packages
