How to prepare for a job interview at Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd

✨Know the Trust's Values

Before your interview, take some time to really understand the Trust's values: Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment. Think about how these values resonate with your own experiences and be ready to share specific examples that demonstrate how you've embodied these values in your previous roles.

✨Prepare for Values-Based Questions

Since the interview will focus on how and why you do things, prepare for questions that explore your approach to care and support. ✨Showcase Your Experience

Make sure to bring up your substantial experience in supporting families, especially in areas like child development and behaviour management. Be specific about your past roles and how they relate to the responsibilities of a Nursery Nurse at Seren Lodge. This will help the interviewers see how you can contribute to their team.

At the end of the interview, don’t forget to ask questions! This shows your interest in the role and the organisation. You might want to ask about the induction programme or how the team supports each other in delivering compassionate care. It’s a great way to demonstrate your commitment to the values of the Trust.
