Completely Care is currently recruiting experienced and passionate Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our friendly agency team, supporting well-established nurseries in Bristol. The Role

As a Qualified Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 0–5 years. You will help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child is supported to learn, develop, and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Provide high-quality care and support tailored to individual children’s needs.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and welcoming nursery environment.
  • Build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain excellent childcare standards.
  • Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times.
  • Confidently step into different settings and adapt quickly to new teams and routines.

Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential).
  • Minimum 6 months’ recent UK experience in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
  • A proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic approach.
  • Ability to get stuck in straight away and work independently when required.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
