Are you a nurturing and qualified EYFS Practitioner looking for a stable and fulfilling role? We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic practitioner to join our dedicated Early Years team. Responsibilities

The core focus of this position is to support the learning and development of children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), ages 3-5. You will work as a key member of the team, supporting the delivery of engaging, play-based activities, observing and recording children’s progress against the EYFS framework, and acting as a Key Worker for a small group of children.

The ideal candidate

  • Is an excellent communicator and adept at working collaboratively with parents and staff.
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist the class teacher in planning and setting up the indoor and outdoor learning environment.
  • Deliver engaging, play-based activities tailored to individual needs.
  • Observe and document children's progress.
  • Act as a Key Worker and contribute to the smooth running of the EYFS unit.
