How you’ll make a difference as a SEND Early Years Educator:
- By assisting children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) to engage fully in learning and reach their potential.
- Through working closely with families, staff, and external agencies to create tailored support plans that meet each child’s needs.

What a SEND Early Years Educator needs:
- Must be at least Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
- Excellent understanding of EYFS.
- Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
- Experience of working with children with SEND requirements.
