Support Worker Location: Newtown, Powys Salary: £25,020 + £100 On-Call Allowance (every 8 weeks) Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday Working Hours: Typically, 08:00-17:00 or 09:00-18:00 Want a role where you genuinely change lives?

We're looking for a compassionate Support Worker to support vulnerable young people who may have experienced homelessness, trauma, family breakdown, or time in care.

What you'll do: Build positive relationships with young people.

Deliver support plans and key-working sessions.

Support education, employment, training, and independent living.

Help sustain tenancies and prevent homelessness.

Complete risk assessments and respond to safeguarding concerns.

Work alongside housing, social care, and other partner agencies.

What we're looking for: Experience supporting young people or vulnerable adults.

Understanding of safeguarding and trauma-informed support.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Positive, resilient, and flexible approach.

Benefits: £25,020 salary. £100 on-call allowance (every 8 weeks). Monday to Friday working pattern.
