Mid-Wales | £40,000 - £42,000 | Permanent | Manufacturing Sector Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an opportunity to make a genuine impact within a large and fast-paced manufacturing environment?
An established and well-respected manufacturing organisation in Mid-Wales is looking to appoint two HR Advisors to support its growing HR function.
These are key hires within the team, offering a varied generalist role with exposure to complex employee relations matters, organisational change and stakeholder management.
Your New Role As a HR Advisor, you'll work closely with operational managers and senior HR colleagues to provide proactive HR support across a large employee population.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing disciplinary, grievance and investigation processes.
- Providing expert advice on absence management and employee relations matters.
- Supporting managers with performance and capability issues.
- Assisting with learning and development initiatives.
- Coaching and guiding stakeholders on HR best practice.
- Supporting wider HR projects and continuous improvement activities.
What You'll Need to Succeed
We're keen to hear from HR professionals who can demonstrate: Previous experience within a generalist HR Advisor, HR Officer or equivalent role.
- Strong employee relations and case management experience.
- Confidence working with managers at all levels.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD would be advantageous.
- Manufacturing or operational environment experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
