Responsibilities
- Support children with Autism / ASD, providing one‑to‑one and two‑to‑one support throughout the school day.
- Assist with learning, engagement and emotional wellbeing.
- Work closely with the teaching team to deliver tailored support.
- Help promote an inclusive and nurturing environment for all pupils.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting children with Autism / ASD.
- Experience working with children with SEN / ALN.
- Ability to work one‑to‑one and two‑to‑one with pupils.
- Patient, caring and nurturing approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to full‑time work from September.
