About this job

We are looking for a proactive and organised Project Co-ordinator in the Newport area to work on an 18 month Fixed Term Contract, hybrid role, onsite parking, excellent benefits package You will help develop, manage and evaluate projects that support customers in vulnerable situations, working with internal teams, charities, community organisations and key stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes.

  • Duties include: Support the delivery of the strategy and project portfolio.
  • Build and manage relationships with partner organisations and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate projects from development through to delivery and evaluation.
  • Monitor project performance and prepare reports for internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver training and raise awareness of vulnerability and initiatives.
  • Work with Procurement to establish partnership contracts.
  • Support stakeholder events and represent the organisation at external meetings.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete and compliant with Ofgem requirements.

About You

  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and partners.
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong report writing and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
  • Understanding of vulnerable customers, social value projects or the third sector is desirable.
  • Positive, adaptable and collaborative approach to work.
