Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Machine Operator to join an established engineering business in Newport. This market leading engineering company operates an international network of facilities serving a wide range of industries including aerospace, defence, automotive and oil & gas.

As a Machine Operator, you’ll operate a wide range of machinery, working on metal parts and components to produce a high quality finish. You’ll take ownership of process control, component preparation, and quality checks. Your work will directly impact production performance, customer satisfaction, and the overall quality of finished components.

Requirements

  • Engineering background with the ability to understand engineering drawings and measurement techniques
  • Experience operating semi-automatic equipment using pre-programmed routines – training will be provided
