Salary: £28,598 per annum.

Pension: 8% (subject to a 2% employee contribution).

Holidays: 37 days per annum including Bank Holidays and fixed days.

Location: Newport Citizens Advice.

Duration: Permanent.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on employment and/or discrimination issues.
  • Support clients with discrimination and/or employment matters, providing excellent advice on all aspects of the legal process up to Employment Tribunal/Court.
  • Engage in case work and provide representation on a limited basis when required.
  • Deliver services by phone, email, video link, in person, and at outreach venues outside the office.

Qualifications

  • Experience advising on Employment and Discrimination issues, or in related advice areas.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to equality and social justice.
