We are seeking a skilled professional to join a team and provide expert technical support, create high-quality documentation, and collaborate with design and development teams to drive product success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical product support to customers, sales networks, and marketing managers.
- Produce technical documentation and promotional material to support product range sales and growth.
- Work closely with the design and development department to provide engineering support as required.
- Offer engineering support to customers, including answering technical queries, verifying design solutions, and attending international customer/tradeshow visits.
- Deliver technical support to distributors, representatives, and marketing managers.
- Generate and update datasheets.
- Produce application notes, reference designs, and drawings.
- Lead the creation of technical website content and marketing literature (brochures, flyers, newsletters, press releases, etc.).
- Build product demonstrations and provide technical support at exhibitions.
- Provide application support for each new product range.
Requirements
- Strong interest in electronics with several years' experience in the electronics industry.
- Degree or HND (or equivalent) in electronics preferred.
- Experience in writing technical documentation with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Customer‑centric approach and experience dealing directly with global customers.
- Ability to work in a small team with occasional international travel.
