Education Support Worker – from September 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting students in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
  • Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
  • Supporting pupils' emotional wellbeing, engagement, and confidence
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and inclusion
  • Helping to create a safe and supportive learning environment
