Turners (Soham) Ltd is the UK’s largest privately owned transport Company. We are looking to recruit LGV Class 1 Bulk Powder Drivers based out of Newport Docks.
Responsibilities
- As a professional driver, you will demonstrate skill, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
- You will develop close working relationships with planning, training, and other drivers.
- The role is tramping, requiring nights out, occasional weekend work, and flexibility in start and finish times.
- Shift pattern is Monday to Friday with nights out, up to five nights per week.
- You must comply with Tachograph & Working Time Directive regulations.
Qualifications
- Full HGV Class 1 licence (new passes considered)
- Driver CPC & Tacho Card
- 35 hours CPC
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
Additional Training
- Full bulk powder tank training will be provided.
- New drivers with limited experience are welcome.
