An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Station Enquiry Office team in a resilience role in a full‑time position. You will be based at Newport Central station. This is a very challenging role, however very rewarding. The role will be 6 days on, 4 days off with weekend working included.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent customer service, problem solving and critical thinking skills in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to deal with vulnerable victims and handle sensitive information.
- Excellent listening skills and attention to detail when creating incident logs.
- Capability to work as part of a team and independently.
