Responsibilities
- Advise clients on employment and/or discrimination issues.
- Support clients with discrimination and/or employment matters, providing excellent advice on all aspects of the legal process up to Employment Tribunal/Court.
- Engage in case work and provide representation on a limited basis when required.
- Deliver services by phone, email, video link, in person, and at outreach venues outside the office.
Qualifications
- Experience advising on Employment and Discrimination issues, or in related advice areas.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong commitment to equality and social justice.
