Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for general maintenance of the property and upkeep of its facilities
- Ensure all maintenance jobs are completed efficiently and meet guest expectations
- Proactively complete the daily job list and preventative maintenance schedules with attention to detail
- Coordinate with contractors and take responsibility for health and safety
- Lead the maintenance team and serve as a point of contact for maintenance issues
Qualifications
- Experience working in a maintenance department of a similar quality hotel
- Knowledge of electrics and health & safety
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Confidence in liaising with contractors
- Strong organisation, communication and attention to detail skills
