  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, friends, and health care professionals.
  • Provide the highest standard of care to service users, ensuring the care is comparable to that which would be provided to family members.
  • Use latest care technology to spend more time with residents.
  • Write care plans and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with older people in residential care.
  • Flexible, patient, caring, organised and good with people.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Completed or working towards QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
